ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1. Click in box next to the selection and enter the quantity you desire. To erase the selection click in the box and press the "Delete" key on your key pad. When done click the "Selection Complete" button at the bottom of the page. If it is not visible click on the left menu and it will appear at the bottom of the page. STEP 2. Review your order, enter your Name, Email address, Phone Number and any requests or comments you have. When done click the "Click Here to Place Order" button. STEP 3.
